How Our Back Up Works

Our managed backup solution provides you with a secure, reliable on and off-site backup. Fully managed by our expert team, we ensure your backups are working 24/7/365, giving you the peace of mind that in any disaster scenario your systems are protected.

How It Works On-site

We provide an on-site device (DR Box) to which your servers are then backed up to. Our Standard Managed Backup allows you to recover files, folders or an entire server in the event of a server or hardware failure. Backup images are stored on the on-site appliance for the retention period requested.

How It Works Off-site

Data stored on the on-site device is automatically replicated to the Arc cloud. All data is backed up with AES-256 encryption and password protected. 24/7 monitoring of the backups is maintained by our Arc Vault Management System to ensure backups are consistent and up-to-date on and off-site.
