The client

Prestige DPM supply property services to registered social housing providers, with their fleet of 40 staff carrying out maintenance, refurbishment and project work that deliver successful, safe and innovative project outcomes.

Founded in 2017, their family-run business has grown organically from their birthplace in Enfield to a multi-million-pound company that provides services across London and the surrounding home counties.

The challenge

Arc was recommended to Prestige by a staff member who had used us at their previous company. Initially onboarding as an IT Support client, Arc played a key role in modernising their IT and cybersecurity systems.

This culminated in the deployment of Cyber Essentials, a government-backed scheme that ensures organisations are protected against a wide range of cyber threats, which Arc suggested to strengthen Prestige’s tender process for their government supply chains client and broader client base, demonstrating their commitment to protecting sensitive data.

The solution

Over several years, Arc took a consultative approach to modernising Prestige’s key support systems, ensuring a seamless transition to a more secure and efficient IT environment.

What we deliver:

  •  Full IT Support
  • Managed Back-Up
  • Managed Mail Filtering
  • Managed Endpoint Protection
  • Managed Firewall
  • Supply Microsoft Office 365

This journey encompassed the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft SharePoint for improved collaboration, the modernisation of email systems for greater reliability and security, and the development of a robust remote working infrastructure.

“We couldn’t have reached this milestone without the hard work and dedication of our partner, Arc”

Kiran Chauhan, Director at Prestige

Additionally, Arc strengthened Prestige’s cloud and endpoint security, providing advanced protection against evolving cyber threats.

The final step in this transformation was achieving Cyber Essentials certification, reinforcing Prestige’s commitment to cybersecurity and positioning them for success in their government supply chain and broader client base.

The results

By achieving this accreditation, Prestige can now confidently safeguard sensitive data and provide a secure environment for all their stakeholders.

Kiran Chauhan, Director at Prestige, said: “As a company that continuously strives for excellence, it was important to us to partner with a company who took a similar customer-centric approach. We couldn’t have reached this milestone without the hard work and dedication of our partner, Arc; their expertise has also been instrumental in helping us gain the Cyber Essentials accreditation, helping us to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of cybersecurity for our clients and partners.”
