Achieving Gold Status

Gold status is the highest level a partner can obtain from Microsoft. To achieve Gold status, Microsoft required us to demonstrate our technical knowledge of the latest Office 365 solutions.  We passed a number of exams and had to provide detailed Microsoft 365 customer references from the previous 12 months. This was to confirm that we provide our clients with the highest standard of service.

Matthew Westney, Operations Director at Arc Systems, said: “By achieving gold status, Arc Systems have demonstrated the highest level of competency with the latest Microsoft technology.

“This award opens up a number of opportunities for our clients, and we’re very proud to be a Gold Certified Partner. This accreditation highlights our continued commitment to delivering the latest Microsoft technologies and the highest standards of service to our customers.”

Arc Systems will now be able to provide their customers with some of the following:

Extra Support – Arc Systems will have more resources from Microsoft to support our customers.

Expert Consultancy – This status demonstrates our ability to deliver the highest level of consultancy for all Microsoft Cloud products.

Product Efficiency – Our clients now benefit from the highest level of product support available. We ensure our clients are realising the full potential of all Microsoft products.

As well as this, Arc Systems have achieved Silver Cloud Platform and Silver Collaboration and Content Partners.
